Are there any discounts available when adding credits?
Yes! Our platform offers automatic discounts when you add credits. The discount
is displayed on the Wallet page. For example, if we're currently offering
a 20% discount, when you enter $100 to add to your account, you'll only
need to pay $80.
Are the prices per million tokens set by you or by the official model providers?
Our pricing aligns with the official rates from model providers. If you notice any discrepancies, these may be due to slight delays in our synchronization process, and we'll update them as quickly as possible. You can view all model prices on our Pricing page.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 17:00 AM (CA,USA / HK, China).
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
